Premium Member, we collect financial information (like your credit card number,
billing address, phone number and expiry date). We will only use this information in
the course of providing our Services to you, and will not under any circumstances
share such information with outside parties.
When you complete your profile, you can share with us additional information, such
as details on your personality, family details, contact address and other details about
you, as well as content such as photos. To add certain content, like pictures or videos,
you may allow us to access your camera or photo album. Some of the information you
choose to provide us may be considered “special” or “sensitive” in certain
jurisdictions, for example your ethnic origins, religious beliefs, sub caste, physical
and mental conditions. By choosing to provide this information, you consent to our
processing of the information, when the you sign up as a member or you set up an
alert on the Platform, we may reach out to you as per your settings.
Beta Beti Matrimony also requires you to submit a video of yours wherein you will
be stating the details of your profile in a few minutes sharing your basic details,
background, your expectations for the prospective partner and majorly all the details
you will be submitting in the form while subscribing for our services. You may
choose to include your family members as well in the said video. The said feature of
providing a video is unique in the matrimonial services and Beta Beti Matrimony is
the first one to bring forward this feature to assure the Genuity of al the subscribers.
In certain exceptional cases, If Beta Beti Matrimony deems it appropriate in its sole
discretion, we may also request for a valid proof of identity with or without Photos in
them which will be held of a definite period of time till we validate your account.
We will only use your financial information in the course of providing our Services to
you. The specific financial information we collect is not rented, sold, or shared with
any third party, except to the financial institution that processes your transaction or
where required by law. Public information will be available for registered members to
view. This includes your demographic information such as gender, age, appearance,
religion, occupation, and geographical location. You are required to read the Terms &
Conditions in order to understand your rights, privileges and obligations whilst using
the Beta Beti Matrimony services as a free or paying member.
We refer to any information described above as “Account Information” for the
purposes of this Policy. By voluntarily providing us with Account Information, you

we reserve the right to edit, delete, remove or not use any communication on a public

9. RETAINING PERSONAL INFORMATION:
We will retain your personal information for as long as is needed to fulfil the purposes
outlined in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or
permitted by law. When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your
